The Anderson School at PCD is an approved private special education school, providing academic instruction and therapeutic services to students aged 3-12 with medical complexities and/or multiple disabilities. We strive to provide our non-traditional learners with a typical school experience. The Anderson School offers a stimulating classroom setting combined with an individualized approach to learning within the Massachusetts framework of the curriculum. Each classroom has experts including highly trained nurses, teachers, and teaching assistants, that provide a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment. Students benefit from speech & language, occupational, physical, and music therapies as well as services from the teacher of the visually impaired. Our goal is to work together as a team with families and school districts to provide an exceptional educational program that maximizes each student’s independence, and unique learning needs and helps them achieve their greatest potential.
