North East Rhythmics School of Gymnastics was established more than 15 years ago to promote the sport of rhythmic gymnastics. We provide quality training for girls ages 4 and up. We are proud to be home of many State, Regional and National Champions.
Rhythmic gymnastics is a complex sport combining dance, gymnastics and ballet. We offer all 3 disciplines in one place! First class is free to come and try. Our highly experienced coaches work with every child to ensure a positive and meaningful experience.
We offer Elite, Optional team, recreational programs, stretching and improving flexibility with many different options to participate in competitions, special workshops with guest teachers, performances and demonstrations, camps, etc.
