A new kind of fitness studio – focused on family and fun!
Here at Kin Fitness, we are building a place where families gather, exercise, and join a community focused on fitness across all ages and abilities. Our small family-owned studio offers fun, one-of-a-kind classes and programs for adults and kids to help you meet your family’s fitness goals while instilling a love of physical activity at an early age.
All of our offerings are created and led by a Certified Personal Trainer & Youth Fitness Specialist to ensure safe, engaging, effective, and age-appropriate workouts for all.
Come check out our unique Kid Programs - full of workouts designed to spark their imagination and make the most of your time, by letting you work out while your kid does! Focusing on a range of foundational fitness skills - balance, agility, and strength, these 6-week sessions are great to get your kid moving in a fun and enriching way. And instead of sitting in a waiting room, parents have access to work out independently on our studio’s brand-new cardio equipment and free weights during the sessions. Helping you fit some self-care into your busy schedule. You can enroll in any of the great options below:
- Storybook Adventures – Join us for an action-packed story where kids act out the adventure. From space to pirates, it's imagination and exercise together! We welcome potty-trained 2.5-yr-olds up through 8-yr-olds for Storybook Adventures
- Superhero Training - Join us for a class full of obstacle courses and games that helps kids practice their superpowers so they can go save the world! Superhero Training is great for rambunctious 3-12yr-olds
- Gametime – Join us for a whole class of fun, game-based activities! Our unique class will keep kids physically challenged while instilling a sense of sportsmanship and teamwork. We welcome 5-12yr-olds with a competitive streak for Gametime.
- Fit Foundations- Kids will have a blast, get a full-body workout, and build a solid foundation of fitness skills with proper techniques in Fit Foundations. Classes will have a fun mix of high-energy cardio, coordination, endurance, and age-appropriate strength building using body-weight exercises such as pushups, squats, & lunges.
If you are looking for bonding time like none other, check out our Family Classes! These drop-in sessions are designed for you to join in with your kiddo and promise to be challenging yet accessible across ages.
- Family Bootcamp - Fun-filled class of sports drills, bodyweight movements, games, and interval training for 3yr-olds+ to attend with a grownup
- Kids vs Adults – Perfect for those competitive grownups and kids! Who will win, the kids or adults in a series of games and challenges to get you moving and having fun together. We welcome ages 5+ with a grownup for Kids vs Adults
- Baby & Me – Where else can you get giggles during gym time? Babies and toddlers will love spending time with their grownups while they release some stress and get a full-body workout. We welcome babies from 6 months to 2 yr-old for Baby & Me
- Family Circuit- This family-friendly circuit training class will have you and your child moving through a series of stations focused on cardio and strength. From slam balls to agility ladders to planks, exercises at each station will be modified for ages and fitness levels and will always be fun! - Intro to Weightlifting- Learn the basics of weightlifting, including proper technique and movement patterns to ensure safety and effectiveness. Focused on basic barbell and dumbbell free-weights, participants will learn proper squat, bench press, and deadlift techniques building general strength and confidence in lifting.
