Since 1986, Dance Images Dance & Music Center, a Merrimack Valley MA Dance and Music School, has taught thousands of students ballet, tap, jazz, musical theater, hip hop, pointe & creative movement for preschoolers, 1st Wedding Dance, Children's Tumbling, ZUMBA® , Flute, Drums, Piano, Voice & Singing, Guitar, Strings & Brass. We have grown to be one of the largest and most complete dance and music facilities in the Merrimack Valley. Our students come from Methuen, Andover, Lawrence, North Andover, Haverhill, Dracut, Salem, Plaistow, Atkinson, Hampstead & Londonderry and range in age from 2.9 years old to adults.

Dance was going to be something my children did because I danced as a child at a small dance studio in Methuen and had a step mother, and Aunt that danced and taught there. Our neighbors were the owners, and my grandparents frequently helped with props and things for the stage on recital day. You could say It was a big part of my life and when I stopped to do other things I missed it so much. I couldn't wait to sign my girls up when they were old enough. We came to Dance Images on a referral from a friend. In the beginning I was overwhelmed, I didn't think I would ever fit in with all of the other moms and it was very clear to me right away that this studio was no small time show! I immediately saw hard work and dedication throughout by all the students and the staff. I have been amazed at the professional manner at which the studio is run and how fun, yet serious the art of dance is taken. Just from being in the studio I myself have found a new love for Dance and as I watch 2 of my daughters and my niece dance there in several classes, be well taught, treated like family, and have amazing young ladies and men to look up to it gives me great pleasure to now call Dance Images Dance and Music Center our second home. And those moms I was so worried about ever fitting in with have become great friends, supports, and confidants. Alivia my oldest who dances competitively lost her dad 2 years ago and dancing at Dance Images has done amazing things for her self esteem, confidence, and coping with that loss.

Dance has gone from being something to occupy our time to something that Quinn really loves, and we have you all to thank for that. Michaela is such a wonderful teacher, and she is infinitely patient with Quinn's questions and stories. It's tough to live up to...I have played "Miss Michaela" countless times at home, and I never seem to get it just right! Quinn just loves her. With so many students in and out, it's also amazing to me how Kourtney and Debbie somehow know Quinn. It's a testament to the studio that you take the time to know not only your fantastic company dancers, but your little ones as well. You really make them feel special and included. I'm so glad we found you when I was looking around two years ago, and I look forward to many more to come!
