Keep Them Active This Summer!

New Summer Programs for Kids & Teens at Kin Fitness

Summer is all about fun in the sun for kids – relaxing and enjoying some much-needed downtime from school and busy schedules, but they still have LOTS of energy to burn! Our Summer Fit Camps and Fitness Programs at Kin Fitness will help kids stay active while having a blast all summer long!

Join us for our morning Fit Camps, afternoon Fitness Classes, and our evening Youth Strength & Conditioning program! As a family fitness studio, we have something for ALL ages, from pre-K to teens, and even family classes to help parents stay on track this summer.

All of our programs are designed by a NSCA-Certified Personal Trainer and ACE Youth Fitness Specialist to ensure everyone is not just having fun, but exercising in a safe and effective way.

Our Fit Camps have a fun blend of games, obstacle courses and exercises focused on balance, mobility, cardio, and age-appropriate strength building. These half-day camps are held Monday through Thursday mornings in Newburyport and Groveland, for kids in Pre-K to Gr 3.

  • Session 1- July 11-14, Newburyport
  • Session 2 - July 18-21, Newburyport
  • Session 3 - July 25-28, Newburyport
  • Session 4 - Aug 1-4, Groveland
  • Session 5 - Aug 8-11, Groveland


Our Youth Strength & Conditioning Program is a fun, challenging blend of cardio, bodyweight, & free weight exercises in a positive high energy environment to keep your athletic child on track and motivated this summer! This 4-week session meets 2x week in the evening to push their summer fitness goals to the next level and prep them for the fall sports season! (Ages 10+; July 11- Aug 3, Mon & Wed 5:30 - 6:15pm)



And if you have been looking to try out our unique Kid Programs, check out our week-long Afternoon Fitness Classes for ages 4-9. As always, adults have the option to workout on our equipment during classes at the studio – a time saving win!

Choose from:

  • Superhero Training Focusing on functional movements, children work through obstacle courses and exercises that build their fitness superpowers! (Ages 4-6; July 11-14, July 18-21, 3:30 - 4:15pm)
  • Gametime A whole class of fun games & competitive relay races that will keep them challenged & instill a sense of sportsmanship & teamwork. (Ages 6-9; Aug 1-4, Aug 8-11; 2:30 - 3:15pm)
