Spring into Fitness with Kids & Teen Programs!

Spring and Summer Programs now enrolling at Kin Fitness!

Try a different kind of spring activity at Kin Fitness! Kids have a blast with our NSCA-Certified Personal Trainer and ACE Youth Fitness Specialist leading them in exercises, games, and obstacles courses that will get their heart pumping while building a solid foundation of fitness skills.

Our Spring Session for Kids & Teen Programs is now enrolling, and we are also kicking off registration for our Summer Camps & Classes for kids from Pre-K to 4th grade!

Our 6-week Kid & Teen Programs meet weekly starting April 25th. Classes work on various foundational fitness skills such as strength, endurance, balance and coordination to develop their overall fitness. Our programs are loved by busy parents who enjoy the chance to make the most of their time by working out on our brand-new cardio equipment and free weights during their child’s class!

Our imaginative programs have something for all ages, with little ones loving Storybook Adventures and Superhero Training while older kids challenge themselves in Fit Foundations and Intro to Weightlifting.

And don’t miss out on the fitness fun we have planned for the summer! Our morning Fit Camps will have a fun blend of exercises focused on functional movements and age-appropriate strength building using body-weight exercises – held Mondays through Thursdays in both Newburyport and Groveland.

Summer afternoons will be a blast with week-long versions of our most popular Kid Programs focused on body awareness, strength, endurance, balance, coordination and flexibility. As always, adults have the option to work out on our equipment during classes!
