Wrist Wand/ Circle Wand

  1. Cut table cloth into strips 1.5 inches thick or less
  2. Place a pipe cleaner through the straw with some of it sticking out of the ends
  3. Bring ends together making a circle- tie the ends together by twisting pipe cleaner ends.
  4. Loop the strips all  the way around the straw. You can loop it until you can't see the straw anymore or leave some free for kids hands to grasp. You can tie the strips in knots OR you can fold the trip in half long ways, place over the straw and then pull the ends back under/through the loop at top.
