RGA offers many programs for very different age groups, starting with:

PlayGym: A great way for a Parent working with their Child to learn about jumping, crawling, leaping, sliding working on gross motor skills and sometimes listening. Classes are 1 hour in length and run year round - 7 days a week.

Jr.Gym: Expanding on the PlayGym curriculum is our 3 to 5 year olds, who will enjoy learning on the larger apparatus. Lesson plans will assist the child(ren) on how to navigate a variety of apparatus, from Tumbling on the Tumble Trak, jumping on trampolines, vaulting into the foam pit, casting on bars, and more. The lessons are 1 hour in length, in smaller groups and usually repeats for two weeks as children learn by repetition.

Regular Gymnastics: Gymnast attend 1 hour lessons to advance their knowledge and use of the apparatus. RGA has equipment for Girls gymnastics and different for Boys. Boys work on 6 different events, girls work on 4. Progression is always encouraged with positive coaching.

Teams: RGA has great team members aging 6 to 18. There are over 12 team programs for boys and girls. RGA Teams have won state championships in many divisions over 37 years.

Ninja: RGA has a Ninja arena with climbing walls, cargo nets, jumping, traversing etc.

Staff: RGA maintains a great staff of Safety Certified, Safe Sport, Background Checked, fully trained coaches. Sometimes our Jr. Coaches assist with classes, but they also have been SafeSport certified.

Summer Camps, School Vacation Camps are available for all our gymnast. You sign up for as little as 1 morning a week, to 4/5 days a week- spread over 6 different weeks. Many are coached by our returning collegians.
